The Collection is based on classic American Architecture of the past & present. Modern, Mimo, Googie & Gothic. Adam was inspired by a photographic Diary of these places & immediately saw the beauty in the urban decay & neglect. Magnificent structures built within a century of now lost craftsmanship abandoned for over a decade. As the paint peels back from the walls you sense a time capsule in the rooms defying logic, flowing backwards to reveal a palette of colors from bygone eras. Using models inspired by the mod, fashion, retro 1960’s with figures reminiscent of vintage Vargas, Petty, style pinup art. The originals were executed with Acrylic,Pastel, & Oils on fine prepped canvas.
